The new plan module provides you with effective fitness training plans that can be executed at home. You can customize your own training plan based on your needs and freely combine exercises to start training according to your preferences.
【Record Exercise and Health Data】
Real-time visualization of data, clear presentation of weekly, monthly, yearly, and historical data. Help you record training time, exercise frequency, and calorie consumption based on exercise types. Every drop of sweat is worth remembering.
【Data sharing】
In the "My" -> "Settings" -> "Data Sharing" -> "Apple Health" section of the KS Fit app, select "Share" -> "All Check-ins" -> then click on the top right corner "Allow". Then you need to go to the "Summary" -> "Steps" section in the Apple Health app, scroll to the bottom under "Data Sources & Access" -> "Edit" -> "Data Sources" and set KS Fit as the first one.
There are also more exciting features to discover, such as rankings and product encyclopedia.

Problem with app
There’s an issue with this app - I can’t get past the Agreement Terms pop-up. All support & developer links, link back to the app, where the Agreement Terms pop-up is stuck. Tapping “Agree” doe nothing. Tapping “Refuse” closes the app. There seems to be no way to reach the developer and link this app to my Walking Pad.
Please add step count summary and target
I’m using this walking pad and app to track daily steps and it’s the one thing you don’t summarise. Please also add steps into targets
App is not updating with apple fitness app. 1000 steps walked, only 100 added to apple fitness. Regular problem.

Open the Health app.2. Choose Health Data.3. Select the category from which you want to sync data from KS FIT.4. Tap on Data Sources & Access.5. Choose Edit in the top right corner.6. Use the three-line icon to prioritize KS FIT, which means setting it as the top data source.7. Tap Done. If the issue still persists, please submit feedback at KS FIT. Speed setting on new updated app
The device is brilliant but the speed setting on the latest update is bad - you can’t select your own speed . It only changes in certain speed intervals . You cannot select any speed - only in certain increments . Almost makes it automatic which doesn’t help .
