Description
KZN Education app is designed and developed with a purpose to make the hiring system more transparent and easy.
Two types of user can register on the platform one is the job applicant who is looking for job and second is principal who get access to log in only if he/she is registered by District Manager.
Job applicant as a user -
1. All job applicants can register them on the platform by filling detail information.
2. Job applicant will be notified about the all job opening in the circuit which they have chosen.
3. Job applicant will get all updates news about KZN Education
Principal as a user
1. The principal will get access only if the District Manager gives them access.
2. The principal will have their profile on the platform.
3. The principal can add a post to fill vacant vacancies.
4. Principal can check details of their current and past job posts.
KZN Education app will make all the hiring systems easy. The app is good from UI/UX points.

This app does not work
This app was suppose to assist job applicants. We were suppose to be notified about posts. I have it from the start and never received a single post. We cannot even submit our documents neatly we have to take a direct picture. How will the principals or head of departments be able to see our qualifications from Pictures ?!
I had to assist so many people load themselves on this app because it does not support their phone. How is this suppose to benefit anyone?
App not working properly
This app is not inline with the kzn unemployed educators website. In addition it is dreadful to use it, most of its key functions arent functioning(eg. Editing, adding documents, etc.). If anything, a major update of this is manditory, hopefully, most of its glitches will be sorted out soon.
Somewhat poor
How does one get to know whether a profile is complete and will be considered for employment. This app is not telling a user is the profile created is now complete.. it doesn’t help
