Incredibly horrible application

I’m not sure where to even begin. What I’ll mention first is that this is possibly one of the most horrible apps I’ve used. The user experience is so horrible that you end up not wanting to use it at all 😓.

I’ll start with the UI (user interface). From a design perspective, this is not the greatest. There is very little attractive about the design of this application. I have been to the Bistro a couple of times and the app does doesn’t do a great job of encapsulating the class and brand that the Bistro itself portrays. The UX (user experience) is slightly worse. There’s black text on dark grey background which makes it very difficult to read the text for the meals and pricing. There’s no search functionality, so I can’t even search for a dish I might have in mind. The way the meals are categorised doesn’t make for good UX either. I’m not even entirely sure where to start when it comes to using the application as a user ☹️. The experience pushed me away from placing an order through the app. I opted for ordering through the traditional WhatsApp or phone call Avenue.

I really and sincerely hope whoever developed this app did not charge you an arm and a leg for it because if that’s the case, you certainly did not get your money’s worth.
