Scale stopped working after version update

I think a bug was created or something with this version update. It’s just not picking up metrics anymore. It’s not giving me an error or anything. It also seems impossible to contact anyone to help, there’s no website for Leaone for troubleshooting and the developer’s website is just useless. If I could give half a star I would today.

App giving constant problems

I just bought the scale that goes with this app and the app is constantly giving an error when trying to load my details or it takes forever to sync. Very unhappy

Does not work

It does not want to work on my iphone 7, does not allow me to register. Just keeps on saying “try later”.
