Good dayApp taking too long to download. More than 20min and moved only 5%Website not allowing the ID number of main member to be imputed but does allow me to move to next page. Also med aid details was populated but still comes up and an incomplete section.

Archaic, obsolete and not maintained

It’s a shame that healthcare practitioners are tricked into using this archaic app for their patients. I went through some reviews and the problems they raised more than a year ago have not been addressed. The app version shows it was last updated more than 1 year ago. Shameful. Even Westerosi has more up to date apps than this. The final straw was the UX, I had to enter my suburb by trial and error as the background was white, and the drop-down list was also white font. I don’t think the team behind this app knows what they are doing.

Small town suburb name (lack of) issue

I live in a small town which does not have suburbs but the app insists that I enter a suburb name & will not let me continue capture of my details without it. A one star rating is far too high for an app developed without adequate forethought. #Fail
