Searching on App
This is cumbersome when you don’t know the brand that you want. It’s time consuming. Took me 40 minutes to search for 12 items.
Not working v well
App needs attention. Not comparable to other grocery apps with regards to function and user friendly experience.
Loads of crashing & items won’t delete from basket.
Out of stock items only show up on checkout and no replacement being offered. Better to show “out of stock” while customer chooses what to purchase, at least customer have the option to find another alternative before rhe checkout.
Not proper photos per product and product descriptions sometimes missing.
Biggest issue is the app crashing & products not being able to delete from basket.

Works okay, but spams you with notifications all day
Works okay as on line app, don’t ask to return anything though. Sometimes you will get a refund other times you don’t. Customer care is useless. The 60min feature is good, but when substitution begins if you don’t answer what substitute you want in 5 min it over rides you.
And the pickers are substitute trolls lols, you order mens deodorant they give womens deodorant/Pepsi instead of coke etc. 😅
Ja it’s okay overall, just get spammed (I am turning notifications off) and 60 min is okay.
