2. Take a photograph of your passport or ID (make sure you get the whole page in)
3. With your passport or ID open, hold it next to your face and ask a friend to take a photo.
Simply submit your details for approval by the Mama Money Compliance Team and you're ready to start sending!

What a super stupid app that I ever seen in my life. App shows me source of income and when I click on it nothing happens. I sent email to support request about a month ago no reply till now.
No help - Money in Mama Acc & I can't Log In
Mama Money definitely acting like criminals. Literally a week of no service while my money is in their account. The technical issue which is still not resolved with all my calls or WhatsApp follow-ups. Not the first time either every so often I cannot log into the account and they make you go processes of proving who you with minimal joy or till one blessed with that one agent who’ll honestly follow up and resolve the issue. Not helpful with no one taking this seriously… 28 Nov 23 and still being given excuses on refund by Mamaa Agents..
App stability
I’ve noticed the app is not stable on iOS
It keeps freezing
I think that must be looked at by the tech team
I’ve cleared cache deleted ,downloaded again but it occasionally just freezes.
Despite that I love Mama money it makes my life easier 😌
