Cool, but...
I started playing because I wanted to decorate the mansion, and enjoy doing that, but when I spend a long time collecting points to spend it on Rex it the cat or the dog or whatever it puts me off. Harder levels should also have more points assigned to them.
I also dislike the constant challenges one after the other. That said it IS just a game and I should probably get out more. 💁🏽♀️
Good game concept but frustrating objectives
I keep putting down the game and stop playing for long times. Why, because nobody enjoys a game in which the challenge is unobtainable and thus resulting in repetitive attempts to achieve as you cannot simply “skip and move on”.
I don’t want to play the same level 20, or more, times, because the objective is achieve this in so many moves and it is impossible to achieve so you have to keep trying until you get the right board. BORING!
Also if I get the option to use items that can assist I want to choose where I use them, not get them all on the opening board.
I love the extra little games that pop up from time to time, but as long as you have ridiculous objectives that cannot be achieved it will cause frustration in even those fun add ons and in the end I shall continue putting the game down. I don’t have the patience to repeat myself a 100 times. Change that. Make it achievable and people will be streaming to your game AND staying.
Not good anymore
I used to somewhat enjoy this game as a light diversion. After the last update however I hate the game. The free gold for watching videos and the free extra moves were taken away. Without these two perks the game is absolutely frustrating as it is close to impossible to proceed to the next level once you hit the higher levels. If you do finish a level you earn so few coins that it is not worthwhile at all. Also stupid tasks require you to beat many levels to earn enough stars to perform non decorating tasks. I’m around level 700 and I can now say I’m leaving this game and going back to Homescapes. At least that game is fun and not just an attempt to force you to buy coins and boosters like Matchington. The last update sucked and changed this game from fun and achievable to frustrating, impossible and an attempt to get you to buy stuff. Stay away unless developers undo all these money making changes
