Version 1.3

I am very happy about the new users! This app went viral and attracted mayn new users and hence discovered new bugs.
This version fixes many of them:
- Sometimes the app would crash after you joined a family - that is fixed now
- Some recipe pictures were not loaded properly, that should be (hopefully) fixed as well
- Some premium user reported issue with the settings, that is fixed as well!

Apart from bug fixes, I made a few changes:
- Show the Feature Suggestion more visibly
- Changed how partner likes are displayed (looks slightly better!)
