Member Zone, Medihelp’s secured site for members.
To start using the app, please register on the Medihelp Member Zone first. Use the same
login details for the Member Zone and the app.

Easy App
Easy to use and navigate. Easy to register and access.
Would recommend changing the user interface so that the font size adapts to your iPhone settings. Font size is currently very large. Furthermore, the app doesn’t display on my full screen (resolution 1792x828).
When displaying the membership card, it automatically displays as an enlarged image and only in landscape mode which forces the user to rotate their form. It would be great to be able to save the membership card to the Apple Wallet.

The developers have truly prioritized user experience, as every feature and option is thoughtfully designed and easily accessible.
