This has helped me so much during this period of lockdown. Been having panic attacks daily and I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. This app at night just helps me calm down and actually gives me a good nights rest so that my fatigue does not play a part in how I feel the next day. It really has helped so if you’re reading this to get like a yes or no for download. I’d recommend the app, does exactly what it promises so ya give it go! Definitely.
