Discover the full convenience of the Mercedes me Apps! With the Mercedes me App your smartphone becomes the digital link to your Mercedes. If you use more than one of the Mercedes me Apps, they merge their functions together.
Please note: Mercedes me digital products will only function with Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are equipped with the Mercedes me connect communication module. The range of functions depends on the particular vehicle equipment and your booked services. Your authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer will be happy to advise you. Their use requires an active, free-of-charge Mercedes me account. Use of the functions may be restricted temporarily if there is insufficient data transmission bandwidth. Continuous use of the GPS function in the background may shorten your battery life.

Monthly Package purchase not working
I am unable to purchase any of the packages monthly to test out. An error repeatedly occurs Stating: “ Note There was an error and we are unable to process your request. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again later “ it has been the 5th day I’m trying. If I select 12 months it does place the item in my basket but I will not pay for 12 months before trying it out first.
Does not work!
Downloaded the App. It recognizes me as a user and display my name on startup. But after that when you try to navigate through the App it crashes with error message “Sorry, unfortunately that did not work” followed by a refresh option which just displays the same message again.
