Always connected. Mercedes me connect provides you with a direct link to your Mercedes-Benz vehicle and offers you a host of useful functions:
• Status inquiries (e.g. mileage, tyre pressure, fuel level, battery charging level etc.)
• Remote access to your vehicle – also via Apple Watch (e.g. locking and unlocking of the doors, (de-)activation of stationary heater/ventilation)
• Facilitated trip planning (direct transmission of destination addresses to the navigation system, notification as to ideal starting time, etc.)

You can have personalised news relating to all aspects of your vehicle and the world of Mercedes-Benz sent directly to your iPhone - as push messages, if you wish.

Experience the production of the Mercedes-Benz you ordered with our extraordinary online service.
Currently available in Germany for the following model series: Mercedes-Benz A-Class, CLA, GLA, B-Class, CLS, E-Class and S-Class.

Mobility Services
Flexible in every situation. All-round mobility - with your own Mercedes-Benz vehicle or through integration of the services from moovel, car2go and mytaxi - Mercedes me gets you just where you want to go.
Requires installation of moovel, car2go and mytaxi apps.

Other functions:
• The Mercedes-Benz Concierge Service offers Mercedes-Benz customers an extra special premium service.
• The app provides you with support in case of accidents or breakdowns and enables you to book service and maintenance appointments via the app.
• The app tells you about parking options at your destination
• Customised information: You decide which notifications you want to receive on your iPhone or Apple Watch

• The Mercedes me connect services only work with Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are equipped with the Mercedes me connect communication module. The functions may vary depending on your vehicle's equipment and your booked services. Your Mercedes-Benz partner will be happy to advise you.
• To use it, you also need an active, free-of-charge Mercedes me account.
• Continuous use of the GPS function in the background may reduce your battery running time considerably.

Improve your app

The app doesn't recognize South African as a country on the app support.

Enable App be used to track my car or locate where the car is at any particular time

The app should be linked to different Mercedes Benz dealership so that you can book service through the app

Mediocre App

The thought behind the app is there but the execution is poor.

Don’t expect M/Benz to come back to you if you have problems. I have sent them numerous requests and they don’t bother to come back to you.

The app does not work on my iPad mini. It did and stopped, I requested a reason still waiting for and answer.

I bought my wife a C 200 AMG, I get to use the app as well. You follow the instructions but it never works. Again I sent the support team questions to want to do and still waiting.

Guess what the next car will not be a Merc. I am replacing all three mine and will take Merc off the list for my staff qualifying for company cars. Get much better service from BMW and Jaguar.

A lot still needs to be done on the app

The fact that you have to be resetting the password everytime is annoying,one minute is working next minute login failed
