Slow motio typa vibes
Hi! I am currently on episode 10 and i am stuck because the game after i started with the episode, i noticed that it was becoming slow, meaning that it takes time to shift the items after i make a move and as days went by it became worse. What happens now, on top of it being super slow, is that everytime i log in or go in the game it quickly exists the game, everytime. I thought maybe i needed to updated but even with the updates it doesnt help. And i dont think its my phone because other games play well and i recently updated my phone’s software so i am positive its the game. Please do something.

Please try clearing the cache: open Settings on your device -> General -> Storage -> Merge Mystery -> Offload app, make sure that your device has enough memory space and, after that, you can try reinstalling the app. Do not hesitate to contact us at support@fwaygames.com if all of the above does not help.
Please also check your mail because sometimes our replies may not reach recipients due to the full inbox. If you clicked on the wrong save, write to us and we will try to find the save you need. As a last resort, we can always create a new one for you manually. Thank you for your patience.

Latest update is annoying
The latest update has extreme amounts of bugs. Not only that, but because you decided to add the latest “feature” of the pop up when something is out of power and you can use diamonds to renew it or making something and then it pops up, has cost me many diamonds as well as annoyance. Not sure how this passed the testing phase tbh
