MobeeWash 4+

This is such a convenient way to wash your car! I was extremely impressed with the app and how user friendly it was allowing me to schedule my car wash anytime that is good for me. The team is very professional, friendly and takes pride in cleaning my cars.

Unfortunately deleted the app today and won’t be making any future bookings. Unfortunately I changed my plans to keep to my booking made at 3pm on a Saturday but the same level of honoring doesn’t come from MobeeWash. They called at 2:55 to say they would be late I obliged but asked if he would definitely be coming as I could have continued with my plans. He said he will definitely be coming so I decided to stick it out. Then I get a call at 4:20pm saying sorry he finished his last wash now can he come or reschedule then told me that the driver would have to go back to a dangerous area late. I 100% said cancel as I don’t want to be responsible for that persons safety. The poor communication from the customer service representative as well as poor planning from the MobeeWash platform renders me unable to use this service. If you are someone who values your time then don’t use this. I originally viewed this as a great way to maximise time but it’s actually a greater time drain than driving to car washes considering the poor coordination of the system. One day it may be good but today is not that day.

I am shocked that you would say im lying, My car is brand new. NO 'team lead' said anything to me about any scratches existing, I know my vehicle! I am blown away that you are saying im a liar. It just shows me that your staff does nto have the correect training, in cleaning and customer service. I even spoke to your owner and he said this has been an issue and assured me it will be resolved. This is the THIRD time mobeewash has scratched my car, with their metal jeans buttons!! Completely unacceptable service. WOW im shocked. I do not want my car scratched again. each time they had to BUFF out there scratch marks, its ridiculous. Note to other customers, my experience is for the mobile-wash service not the branch service.

1st edit: SCRATCHED MY NEW CAR AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME USING YOU! I even told your guys to watch out for their metal studs on their jeans. The guy had the audacity to say the scratches were already there!!! They didn't listen. I've complained about this before to your manager and nothing has been done. This is the last time I'm using you for my vehicles.
