No support team
I purchased an annual plan through my Apple account. Despite the successful payment, the subscription is not reflecting in the app — it continues to prompt me to subscribe again.
I’ve attempted to resolve the issue by restoring the purchase, but without success. I’ve also submitted numerous support tickets, but I have not received any response, which has been quite frustrating.
I am unable to access any features. I really liked the app and was so excited to use it but now I feel like they stole my money and am frustrated that no one has reached out to help me. What a horrible and expensive experience.
Too expensive
I was really looking forward to using the app, as I seen many advertisements of it on various social media platforms. Until it was time for me to signup and I noticed I only got a 7 day free trial, however the price was absolutely outrageous. I don’t think I will ever use this app if that’s what it costs.
Lack of support and unclear billing information
I tried the 7day free trial and subscribed to pay a monthly fee thereafter, Use motion falsely stated my desicion and billed me for a whole year, their lack of clear advertising and support has left me in a financial state as i can not claim my money back because there is no support structure and their bot chat renders useless.
