Clueless Drivers
Whilst in Kigali this week, I have an aweful experience with almost ALL of the Move Drivers.
1) They take an unusually long time to arrive. Longer than what is written on the app as an expected arrival time.
Often, the driver calls you to ask you where you are and HOW TO GET THERE!
2) Every single driver I’ve been in a car with has either made a phone call on their cellphone or answered a phone call and stopped focusing on the drive!
3) 4 out of the 5 rides we used; The driver would ask us how to get to our destination despite having a map on the app to direct them.
The only reason I’m giving this company 2 stars is because the cars are clean, comfortable and well maintained, unlike Yego.
App didn’t work for foreign numbers
When in Kigali last week I was looking forward to using Move but sadly it would not work with my South African SIM.
