I have been using the old app for a while now and the new one is much better and far more user friendly. Information is very well laid out and easily accessible, I don’t have to search different menus for information it’s all right there as you open the app.
Recharging airtime or data is so much easier.
Just one request, if possible please consider a dark mode it’s much easier to read information when the text is white on a black background.

Worst app and network

This app exposes all your data to fraudsters as your data is not being asterisks out that’s sensible information. This allowed the fraudster to take the information and open an cellphone contact, when we saw the sms about the approval we called immediately, went to the police and sent the documents through. MTNs systems are so messed up and call agents that they unblocked the number by calling in fraudulently on behalf of us and just got a debt order of R4400. I am cancelling my existing contract because they pay people for doing nothing the Fraud department is useless. When we 1st sent an email about the app the fraud departs attitude was. What must I do about it. They don’t care about their customers. I don’t recommend them at all at a network. STAY AWAY. Worst app in terms of user experience they should also fire the user experience designers. If I could I would give no stars

Spend more time in Dev and Testing

Absolutely terrible user experience. Application is riddled with issues, not uncommon to see the "something went wrong screen", especially on billing pages. Lots of pages do not have ways to navigate back to previous pages, especially noticeable on pages that require you to sign up for new things or promotions, first noticed on the home page with the royalty section. Almost forcing the customer to follow through with it, only way to exit is by force closing the app, why don't you guys just keep my wallet. Absolutely shoddy, joke of an application, the old app may be a little dated and complex to use, but it works. No one would have known if this app went through a few more rounds of scrutiny in development, but now we do know that it didn't go through enough.
