MUBI offers a monthly and a yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 7 day free trial period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

On movie night we like to dim the lights, pop the popcorn, and check out MUBI. It puts an arthouse theater at our fingertips, adding a new film every day from an eclectic library of stunning world cinema. The simple interface makes it a pleasure to discover cult classics, eye-opening documentaries, and hard-to-find dramas we might’ve missed.

Can’t say thank you enough to the wonderful curators of film at muni, you have saved my life from boring online viewing.
Wonderful movies, bad app
I seem to have a 40% success with my downloads as the always end up at 100% but are never fully downloaded. I’ve been trying to download three specific movies; one was a short film that just never played even after it was fully downloaded( tried to watch it online but it still didn’t play), the other two jus seemingly download nicely till they stop at 100% and never move. Had the app for about a year now and I’ve had this problem include the odd occasion where movie download but suddenly “fail” for no reason (phone has enough storage and connection is good). But I still love MUBI’s curated playlist of movies you might not have access to from the bigger streaming platforms.
