The MyLexus app is designed by Lexus South Africa to provide a platform for Lexus owners and enthusiasts to quick and direct access to all information and services related to their vehicle(s).
For Lexus owners, the following functions are specifically designed for Lexus owners to manage and monitor aspects of their ownership:
• My Garage, displaying vehicle information and history, and allowing the allocation of drivers to vehicles
• My Deals, showing transaction progress and history with the purchase of a vehicle
• Booking of Services directly into Lexus Service Plus system, with immediate confirmation
• Roadside Assistance request, using current location and easy one-touch submission to the AA
• Finance information, providing quick reference info on finance agreements with Lexus Financial Services
• Locate a Dealer, providing a map with Lexus dealers in the vicinity with address and contact details
For Lexus enthusiasts and owners, the MyLexus mobile app is also a useful reference for all things Lexus:
• The Showroom, showcasing the line-up of Lexus models in full detail
• Lexus News, providing hot off the press news and information on Lexus
• Lexus Life, Lexus in-house publication can also be accessed from the app
• Promotions, with the latest offers on Lexus vehicles and products
• Booking of Test Drives with dealer in the vicinity

With the latest release, we have enhanced the medical emergency services feature, and, we have fixed some issues and squashed a few bugs.

Unresponsive
I used to enjoy the app as it assisted with keeping track of services and doing license renewals. Since the recent update the app becomes unresponsive, does not allow you to log in.
Very dissatisfied with this.

I have been using the MyLexus South Africa app for a while now, and I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. This app has truly transformed my experience as a Lexus owner, making my vehicle management seamless.

Too basic
The app is general and does not feature key remote functionalities such as mobile locking, fuel level and range, battery level on app, car location and updated mileage.
We hope the app can be upgraded to match some of the standards of apps on other car manufacturers in the same category with Lexus
