With My Running :
• Create as many training plans as you want
• Supports up to seven kinds of training sessions
• Organize your plans in different cycles
• Mark your planned sessions as finished so you can track your weekly volume
• Enter your max heart rate and other personal data so that the session recommendations is tailored to you.
• Running Shoes Tracker : Add running shoes, with maximum distance and time usage since first use. The millage use is automatically increased as you go through your plans. When the limit is reached, the icon turns red to notify you that it's time to get new shoes :)

Now you can track in real time your running sessions that you have carefully planned on iOS or on the Mac!
• Haptic coaching : The Apple Watch app notifies you when to change intervals, the required intensity of each workout and when the workout is finished. All of this without requiring you to do anything so that you concentrate on your running.
• Session tracking on the Apple Watch supports all session types (endurance, intervals, strength, etc). At the end of the session your active calories, distance and duration of workout are automatically added toward activity goals and in health kit.
