Buying data issues
Theres a problem with buying data on this app, i’m not sure whether the issue is with the app or Vodacom has just decided to ban me from buying data. When you select the option to buy data using the double your data promo tab i have been getting this ridiculous “We’re Sorry unfortunately we are having technical issues blah blah” for a week now, i called vodacom they blamed it on the app developers saying its not their problems its the app developers problem, but the same thing happens when i want to buy normal data online using the website i don't get the once off bundle options just like i don't get on the app. I have been using the app for a while and defending it when people were saying its useless because it was working fine for me but with this issue that hasn't been fixed for a week i now see their point. And i’m an app developer also so i think its just ridiculous that you cant fix a bug for weeks after its reported

This does not sound good at all. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the App and advise us if the problem still persist so that we can escalate it.
Good idea but super buggy
I’ve had the Vodacom app for a while now.
The app idea itself is intuitive, easy to use and very visual which is great. However, I find myself consistently having to restart the app, relogging into the app using my cellphone number, there are times when no data loads on the summary screen page and says I have 0kB and 0 minutes/sms, the back button does not work occasionally, and the list can go on. The app is also quite slow to load information which I believe should be worked on. I would rate it much higher if the bugs could be fixed and the app was faster as I do enjoy the interface.
Not happy with this app
I’m having lots of issues with my app lately. Takes forever to load. Shows zero balances on the from page (only able to see balances when I go into balances drop down) , I have a number listed on there that not even mine, sms bundles buying always gives issues... and I can go on.... today I can’t even open the app...
This used to be a very useful app, now I must just go back to the old *111# way to save frustration
