Not working on iPhone
I was able to download. When registering the program is supposed to open the next window. The screen starts to flicker and eventually stops working after like 3 minutes flickering. I have not been able to access any of the self service tools nor am I able to set up for Showmax etc due to the fact that the program only recognizes SA ID numbers (no foreign Identifications). I am paying for Showmax and can not access because the app doesn’t work properly. When I call Customer service I am told that they have nothing to do with the application! So, who will help me???? Very poor service indeed!!
Stopped working after an update
I’ve been using this app for a while now it was great. Then it tells me that an update is available which I do not the only section working without fail is the “pay account”. Everything that involves money is working fine but not the other functions.
It’s my 5th day straight trying to work this app.
I’m getting more than frustrated. Might just end up deleting the app and closing the whole account if this continues. Even the support line is hanging
The TV guide does not work, you can only select the DStv package, channel, and the TV guide period, however there’s not option to download it for certain channels when compared to the browser version. Why not add an option to download the whole DStv guide for the app since seeing you don’t print them anymore. The updated app is also slow, it takes you a few seconds to log you in.
