Not working after update

Since update I cannot activate my holiday home decoder. When phoning the call centre a tin voice tells me I can use the app to resolve whatever problem I have. Quite ironic. When eventually speaking to a human about the problem the realisation dawns that the call was a waste of time as no solution is provided. What now? Just give up on this poor and disfunctional application and remove it from my phone? Had such high hopes, is so disappointed.

Multi choice screw up again

I find it most depressing dealing with a company that has all the hype and no delivery. Wonder if it occurred to the company that the number of people queuing outside their four main offices and the hundreds waiting to speak to a consultant may be because they are buggering up in a real way. Why are they in this mess? Maybe because of their employment policy. You are employed as long as you do not use your brain. I currently am a premier subscriber but can’t get Showmax without payment and no matter what I do can’t change anything. Also have a message on the screen E16.4 I am after all a premium subscriber so should not be a package issue and I pay my account on debit order so service should not be suspended. Can’t clear online because I can’t get beyond movie advertising on the App. Well done Multichoice you are a right royal F up of a company

Not working on iPhone

I was able to download. When registering the program is supposed to open the next window. The screen starts to flicker and eventually stops working after like 3 minutes flickering. I have not been able to access any of the self service tools nor am I able to set up for Showmax etc due to the fact that the program only recognizes SA ID numbers (no foreign Identifications). I am paying for Showmax and can not access because the app doesn’t work properly. When I call Customer service I am told that they have nothing to do with the application! So, who will help me???? Very poor service indeed!!
