It works only once in every three tries. Unbelievably frustrating. Then when you turn to WhatsApp, it is also unsuccessful after many tries and even gives answers like “today - you have given a date in the past”. But why am I writing this - I never get any feedback on comments…….

Multi choice screw up again

I find it most depressing dealing with a company that has all the hype and no delivery. Wonder if it occurred to the company that the number of people queuing outside their four main offices and the hundreds waiting to speak to a consultant may be because they are buggering up in a real way. Why are they in this mess? Maybe because of their employment policy. You are employed as long as you do not use your brain. I currently am a premier subscriber but can’t get Showmax without payment and no matter what I do can’t change anything. Also have a message on the screen E16.4 I am after all a premium subscriber so should not be a package issue and I pay my account on debit order so service should not be suspended. Can’t clear online because I can’t get beyond movie advertising on the App. Well done Multichoice you are a right royal F up of a company

Streaming limit is a pain!

I’ve been a DSTV client for over 20 years and I’m really not enjoying it these days. I lay over a thousand Rands a month for my subscription and I really feel unappreciated at the moment. The streaming limit of one device at a time is a real pain and I don’t even k is how it is applied. On many occasions, including right now, I’m not allowed to watch anything g because the streaming limit has been reached but no one else is watching! I have only three devices connected and all of them are off at the moment. If this continues, you may not be a subscriber much longer. Please get your act together. You can understand the need to act against piracy but some of us, your longstanding clients are getting less than what we deserve right now!
