  • Insincere management of rewards competitions

    Time to listen DSTv

    What happened to the F1 experience competition that closed end of October? Now there is a new one loaded. I had over 160 entries. The message was winners will be announced in Feb 2026. I’m not saying I would have won but rewards competitions at least this one , DStv does not seem to be transparent about. There’s a new one loaded , who are the winners for the recent one? why are winners not loaded on the app. This is the second year this happens where winners for F1 are not announced. Can we even trust that all these rewards competitions are real? Or it’s a pretense for internal funded trips disguised as rewards competition? Just wondering. Waiting to see if I’ll even get a response on this comment.

  • App does not work!!!

    You have a loyalty option on the App, which is supposed to enable you to purchase vouchers with “coins”, problem is that this does not work. I have tried to use my “coins” numerous times to buy vouchers, but it always crashes and tells you the transaction was unsuccessful. It is the most irritating and frustrating experience, which is supposed to reward loyalty instead of driving your customers mad. This is typical with the DSTV environment, lots to say but never follow up with solid forefillment.

  • Not recording full game

    R2d!

    How can you not be able to save the full rugby match between the Springboks and Argentina under my recordings? You really just don’t seem to care about all the poor ratings you get. DSTV makes too much money off of premium subscriptions and just don’t seem to care about the quality of their streaming service. Shocking!

At the moment, not all live sports events (like rugby) are available in full for recording due to content rights and technical limitations.   • Absolutely useless app

    All Disappointed’s are taken

    100 ways to make payment. Not one to log a complaint or snag. Try and connect your holiday home via the app, end up having to phone in. Try and disconnect your holiday home and again you have to phone. If it’s after 8 in the evening, no response and you get charged for the next day. Pathetic!!

  • Still not fixed Holiday Viewing

    Its unacceptable that you guys have still lot fixed the holiday viewing issues. You try turn on but amount of days don’t save. Then it says oops error. Then you have to go onto webpage to accept quote which is just hanging in the middle of nowhere. You guys really don’t know what you are doing

    It is the most useless apps I have ever seen. The instruction video shows you how to press the function button, but it does not tell you where to find the button. I am quite sure that I know how to press the button, if I can only find it. To see the video on where to find the app, you must first fownload the app. Duh…
