This App provides Eskom customers with self-service capabilities such as account, billing and meter reading functionality. The MyEskom Customer App is created and officially endorsed by Eskom Holdings SOC Limited.

Eskom customers can:
- View their electricity account/s
- View the following for a selected account
• Account Balance
• Last Bill Details: Billing Date, Payments Received, Adjustments, Monthly Charges
• Account Details: Name, Postal Address, Email
• Premise Details: Premise Description, Premise ID, Service Point ID and Pole Number
• Bill Delivery Method
- Submit Meter Reading linked to your Account
- Submit Meter Reading Remarks in the event you are unable to read your meter
- Request an Update of your Customer Details
- Change Bill Delivery Method to E-mail
- Provides useful links to credit card payment providers
- Submit a Basic Query

Excluded:
1. Prepaid vending is not included. You cannot buy prepaid tokens via this App.

Prob the worst app ever!

Installed this app months ago and have never been able to login to the app. Always “Technical error occurred. Please try again later.” But I can login on their website (which also is probably the worst ever by the way!) with the same details. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of an app doesnt it, if you can only get to a login screen and nothing else.

Well I’ve just installed the app and successfully registered and logged on. Easy to submit my meter readings too. The website was glitchy and not accepting my entries, so I tried the app and it’s worked perfectly first time.

Every one enjoys a little Eskom bashing - but credit where credit is due! I am finding the app really useful - and quite extensive on what it allows me to do... Well done guys!
