The “remember me” feature poses a risk. Hackers got hold of my one time pin once and now seem to have all time access to my app, enabling them to change my limit and transferring airtime from my account. All of this from ticking the remember me box when entering the app once with an OTP.

I've had a huge nightmare with this App. At the time of posting review , According to the App my balance of data is 719 GIGS but the phone returns an out of data message when visiting websites.
So after subscribing to the MTN Sky package (unlimited Internet, unlimited calls and 400 smses s day) it seems MTN has been using my airtime for Internet browsing instead of the data and the staff refuse to accept the possibility that the app may be faulty and showing incorrect balances. I naturally accepted the data balance on the app as an accurate reflection of the amount of data on the line.
I've gone round in circles trying to explain to MTN call centre staff that their app is showing that my data balance 719 Gigs which they are very confident are Megs instead. They insist that I never loaded the MTN sky subscription. So why does their own app show 719 GIGS.
So my advice is do not download this app until all bugs are resolved. The information in the app about your data purchases may be extremely inaccurate.
If you decide to use the app you might have to crosscheck balances of the balance against other means before you continue using the mobile device.
Deserves more Credit
Actually very impressed so far by what I can manage with the app. Not sure why people are having a tough time, especially on the IPhone X. I can load data, change my roaming options, turn out of bundle settings on and off. Better than I expected. I haven’t actually purchased bundles yet, but will update if then...
