GOOD App guys. A good start overall. But to bump up your rating and make this a GREAT app, moving a few steps closer towards mobile banking GREATNESS, I would like to see improvement on the following:1-Security: Add more digits to the login pin, and allow alpha characters in order to increase security. Login is too easy currently.2-Transaction history: Add the detail description to the transaction history List. If this is not available, I'll have to make use of the regular internet banking, rendering this app unuseful.Hope this feedback helps, and I'm looking forward to the next Bumped Up GREAT update.

The new app from Nedbank is terrible to say gently , same for there atm you need hours to wait till page opens and looks terribly cheap .The app is no worlds slow complicated and horribly design .Please turn from app like Capitec easy supper advance and fast .The nedbank you will need a hours to open and figure out .

Admin of several companies
I despise working with the new Business Banking through the hub. Everything takes three times as much time as it use to, and on month end I could not log in for most of the day.It is “lomp” and I wish I could go back to the old system

Keeps locking me out

“The system has timed out” “log in again”. This error happens often and then I have to uninstall, reinstall, re-authorise and then most of the time it works again. It makes the app unreliable and not practical to use.
