Doesn’t seem to have all the products
It doesn’t seem to have all the products available to order, plus I can’t get through to the contact center for help.
Glitchy, waste of time, deleting
The app is super glitchy.
I ticked that I don’t need a recycling bag but it still adds a bag anyway.
I added items to my cart and redeemed a Discovery voucher but I still needed to pay the balance. I tried to pay and then got a message to say that the payment had failed. It then showed the order was in the “pending payment” state but it doesn’t give me the option to pay the balance and when I wanted to redo the order it now said I can’t redeem the voucher. I then emailed them but it took them a day to respond and they just said nothing can be done and I need to contact Discovery to get my voucher reinstated (which will take longer than 3 days for them to do). Now I receive emails from them with banking details etc.
I’m just going to stick with ordering online or buying from them in store. This app is not worth whatever freebie they initially offered for me to start using the app.
App out finally, but…
Happy there is finally an official Nespresso app for SA. Thank you!
However, there is no way to see what size coffees the app is displaying guys… no indicator for ristretto, espresso or lungo, etc….makes shopping on the app a nightmare unless one checks the website (which, btw, has terrible icons for coffee sizes…the espresso and lungo look the same!!!!).
You guys need to put more effort and thought into this area. Thanks!
