I keep receiving the error sdk error 100. I am unable to share devices with anyone. I receive no approval message. I have restarted the all devices and tried different phones and I receive the same error.

Used to work really well with my alexa until it just stopped. Now the skill won’t even link. Please fix ASAP

Works fine but I have to sign in every time?
Love the app, use it all the time. All I can’t understand is why I have to sign in all the time? I just quickly want to turn on my AC but nope, username and password first, why? This is not a banking app, my phone is already locked and nobody can steal anything from me by using the app. Please fix. Will greatly improve usability.

If you need to log in very frequently, please contact us and provide your mobile information, we will test as quick as we can.
