High Performance Readiness relies on resilience - a neurobiological capacity that enables us to withstand break-down and to adapt in the face of challenges and adversity. Thankfully, resilience can be enhanced.
The Neurozone app determines your level of High Performance Readiness through a scientifically validated assessment. Based on your results, the app provides you with three top commendations - things you are doing well - and three top recommendations for you to follow.
If you subscribe to the paid version of the app, you will get comprehensive PDF reports with every assessment, containing customized recommendations and insights, as well as in-app activities to guide you towards optimum resilience.
The assessment is designed to be repeated every month so you can receive an updated report, and in-app activities based on your most recent results.

We've been working hard to make your journey to greater resilience even better. With this release, we kept our ears on the ground and listened to feedback from our app users about copy that might have been a little confusing. We've also updated a few components to use the lates technology.

Leaving me hanging
Great app. Worked great in the beginning. Three weeks later and it is struggling to load. I haven’t tracked actions gor two days sonce it only says initialising for ages when I try to open the app.

Hi! Thank you for getting in touch. We definitely need to investigate why this is happening. The app should never leave you hanging! Please try closing it completely and opening it again (in other words - not only closing the app, but swiping it out of your device's memory, and re-opening it). It will ask you to log in again.
