Nice Viewer, formerly known as the ELAN Viewer, provides an interface to a Nice home entertainment and management system on an iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The Nice integrates and provides control for media, home theater, distributed audio, security, door locks, climate, lighting, shades, video cameras, irrigation, pool/spa and more.

Not Streaming

Unable to stream 90% of Shout-cast radio station. Always unavailable. App always freezing.

Buggy

One wonders why did Nice buy Elan if it doesn’t update its up as often as possible. It is hardly responsive and at times stuck. Obviously after 7 months of no update to fix bugs you should expect avoidable issues.

Still needs work

Elan user since 2016 & still waiting for issues with my installation to be resolved. Severe latency problems between gsc10 & my mobile devices. Seriously considering disposing of this white elephant despite the significant initial capital outlay.
