Olive Tree subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase and/or completion of a free trial. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

My ‘go to’ resource…
I use the app as the one and only reference guide in all my Biblical studies

Unacceptable…
I find it reprehensible that purchases via this app are never yours; they are embedded within the app… their use and function limited to their association to the app; some material apparently also entirely dependent upon being able to access the internet… It is conniving, controlling, and manipulative… I call that theft… pure and simple! If I purchase a book, I expect it to be mine… I didn’t hire it, I didn’t borrow it… I didn’t ask for charity… I paid for it… and it should be mine to use and do with as I see fit… so I expect to have the option to download my purchases for use outside of the app… More importantly… this, for me, does not represent the spirit or heart of the gospel, certainly not the gospel I am striving to understand and know…

Thank you for your feedback. You're right that the resources you purchase through Olive Tree must be used exclusively within the Olive Tree app. I understand why this is frustrating for you. We have this model because the resources we sell through our store have been formatted to work with the many features of the Olive Tree app. For example, when you buy a commentary in our app, you also enable options to add notes and highlights to it, to search within it, to use it alongside the Bible in the Resource Guide or Parallel window, etc. If this isn't a good fit for you, that's okay! You're welcome to use the free books and features in our app and buy your resources in a format that works better for you.
Easy to Scroll through
The app works well. It works off line making it easily acceptable everywhere. It is also easy to scroll through and find the book you are looking for.
