They are so unreliable the manager Monic didn’t treat me well at all , I placed my order via phone call ,and she told me my prawns would be ready in 15minutes and when I got there she told me they didn’t place my order because apparently it’s the “policy” she told me I’ll wait 5min then she then told me to wait 7minutes then she left me to attend other people , then she came back after 10 minutes to me , she is so rude!!!!!!!

I ordered food from at different restaurant by mistake , it was too far for me to pick up and i tried contacting them with no luck. I’ve been trying to cancel the order but their customer service number is not working. They are not even responding to my emails. I DO NOT recommend this app. I can’t get my food and my money. I regret it so much.

This app unfortunately does not function at all. Every time I am meant to place an order it takes me to fill in address, then I save the address then when I try to start order again it takes me back to same spot again. It does not even give options of branches near me. Very disappointed in this app.

I went through the whole process of creating an account, selecting my order, then on checkout there’s nowhere to enter your bank details to make payment. Looked in the profile settings and not there either. So APP kept giving me an error.
