Terrible service

We bought a tooth brush that was advertised as electric tooth brush. When it came I tried putting on and it didn’t come on. I opened the head and tried charging it and still it wouldn’t come on. We decided to return as it’s not working. The tooth brush was more then R400, they came to collect it after almost 2 months of waiting and they charged me fees for delivery. And when they received they said the quality control decided they can’t take it as the box is open. And they returned it back to me not working. They didn’t even have the Curtisy to change it with a one that is working.
The tooth brush is poorly made and doesn’t even worth R60 in Chinese store .
Not only that they over charged me for a brocken item but they actually retuned it and not accepting my return. Like I am suppose to know if the item work from the look to it, without opening the box. ( I didn’t use the brush because it didn’t even go on ).
I will never use them again.

Absolutely astonished

I never thought it would be so easy to save!! They have so many options which guarantees that there is something for you. I mean they have electronics, gaming ware, kitchenware, outdoor stuff, pet stuff, clothing, general day to day items, home decorations and furniture, alcohol and so much more. There’s so much to choose from and you can get more than you would’ve in store due to the discounts.

The app is so comfortable and easy to use, I have no issue navigating around the app. The layout is also very nice, not overwhelming you with information but definitely catching your attention. The payment is also very safe and secure. I would 10/10 recommend this app to anyone I know. Also don’t walk to install the app, RUN!
