Terrible service

We bought a tooth brush that was advertised as electric tooth brush. When it came I tried putting on and it didn’t come on. I opened the head and tried charging it and still it wouldn’t come on. We decided to return as it’s not working. The tooth brush was more then R400, they came to collect it after almost 2 months of waiting and they charged me fees for delivery. And when they received they said the quality control decided they can’t take it as the box is open. And they returned it back to me not working. They didn’t even have the Curtisy to change it with a one that is working.
The tooth brush is poorly made and doesn’t even worth R60 in Chinese store .
Not only that they over charged me for a brocken item but they actually retuned it and not accepting my return. Like I am suppose to know if the item work from the look to it, without opening the box. ( I didn’t use the brush because it didn’t even go on ).
I will never use them again.

Worse e-commerce company ever

I have had horrendous experiences with this company. Their delivery time takes forever, and their 5-10 day delivery period is never met. When you follow up on your late delivery they ensure you it is on its way, just to cancel your order a few hours later blaming the supplier. Then they award you a discount voucher that does even work! After stating the obvious in emails and screenshots they tell you sorry it “works now”!

I am currently waiting for an order that exceeds their 10-day waiting time and I haven’t heard from them or Pargo after a few emails! After this issue is resolved I am deleting my account and this app! Do some research on other e-commerce sites/apps and you will find the same prices or even better and at least their shipping is up to standard. Worse e-commerce company/app ever.
