Well designed
I like the design, all functions well laid out. Makes it easy to understand and use. Well done.
Not working
I have the latest version of the app. Moved my connection to a new house. I received sms’s that they are connecting my internet today after I arrived at work 40 km away. Chased backed to my house. No one showed up. So I lost a day of work and there is absolutely no way to contact these people to ask them what is going on. Well there is no way to reach the final person down the line. You always end at a person who tells you” they will escalate the order”. Everything’s I try automatically refers me back to the “order” section in the app which is blank after showing “installation in progress”
Update: they have contacted me via email and apologised. Then they ask me send some information and I did. The result. They send me back to the app to make an appointment!!!! THE APP IS NOT WORKING IT SHOWS A BLANK PAGE !!!!

App has never connected
Have tried using the App on the two occasions when Openserve has had a service call for us. Was sent an sms that suggests linking the service call out update to the App but App just spins and you cannot go further when you click on the link (it takes you to their website to download the App). App therefore based on my experience adds no value on frustration to interaction with Openserve
