What’s New
Version 5.15.1
You will now be able to see how much time you have left on your trial service, as well as continue using it as a Prepaid service by buying a Prepaid bundle from one of our participating ISP partners.
Managing of existing Prepaid services will also be available directly from the dashboard.

I like the design, all functions well laid out. Makes it easy to understand and use. Well done.
Not working
I have the latest version of the app. Moved my connection to a new house. I received sms’s that they are connecting my internet today after I arrived at work 40 km away. Chased backed to my house. No one showed up. So I lost a day of work and there is absolutely no way to contact these people to ask them what is going on. Well there is no way to reach the final person down the line. You always end at a person who tells you” they will escalate the order”. Everything’s I try automatically refers me back to the “order” section in the app which is blank after showing “installation in progress”
Update: they have contacted me via email and apologised. Then they ask me send some information and I did. The result. They send me back to the app to make an appointment!!!! THE APP IS NOT WORKING IT SHOWS A BLANK PAGE !!!!

We sincerely apologize for the negative experience. Kindly email us at info@openserve.co.za with your question. Please include your Openserve order number, full physical address, and contact information so that we may help you by resolving your complaint.
Lack of info re installation
The tracking information only gives the date the order received and does not show a date for each step, so deliberately vague. Technician did visit however Telkom’s two manholes available were apparently too far away and across a tar road in a complex so no installation took place.
The “planning dept” will contact you I was told. 4 days later still waiting and the tracking info conveniently says “working on it” with no indication how long this will take or whether openserve can actually install and fulfill their order.
No way of contacting openserve to ask, must do it via ISP therefore delaying installation information even further.
