UNFRIENDLY
Needing more assistance as to where my parcel is. As I am in Cape Town, there is no international number for me to call and talk to a human being rather than sitting on the website getting nowhere because all of the automated responses do NOT answer my question or help me in any way!!!! Redepivery option also isn’t working!!! I’ve requested redelivery 3 times and still haven’t received my parcel. First delivery was to the wrong address (next door to me) no phone call etc as I am home all day!!! You need a person or people that can respond on the chat and not a robot!!!!

I'm sure there was a misunderstanding.
My app does not deliver parcels or postal items. It can track parcels from 750+ carriers worldwide and orders from online stores, but is not physically involved in delivery.
Accordingly, neither I nor my application can be held responsible for any delays in your shipment. I hope everything goes well with your package. Wish you good luck.
