Thank you for your improvements although you still can’t excess some messages you bought and some audio messages aren’t playing at all but thanks for the improvements that are there👏🏼👌🏼

Time for a major upgrade!!!

The audio messages never work, especially those from the classics audio files. Ads should not be mandatory for paid subscriptions. While focused on the video message, ads can be often a distraction and thus they should be kept for free subscribers. The video displays are a problem for iPhone uses screens. No customer support is offered in the platform, no email, no confirmation of your request being sent or received by support. We need more videos added for Gold subscribers! By now this platform should be at the same level of Netflix as its an expensive subscription and so we deserve the same level of quality and smooth interaction. Please improve on the above!
