Ratings and Reviews
Great app, but keeps logging me out.
The app is really helpful and works well, but it logs me out every 2 or 3 days. It gets frustrating having to log in again so often. I’ve updated the app and tried keeping it open in the background, but the problem continues. It would be great if you could fix this or at least add an option to stay signed in longer. Please look into it — this would make the app experience so much better.

Having payment issues on my 2 orders
I had 2 active orders, which I had selected to pay for over 3 monthly payments. I had already made 2 of the 3 payments per order. When I tried making the last payments on both orders (on different dates), the app showed that the payment was unsuccessful - however both amounts were deducted from my bank account! I submitted a query for both issues, however the support department’s poor service caused further delays. The last payment for one order was assigned to the second payment! Clearly the agent did not read my email nicely, and also did no investigation as she only checked one order. She also did no investigation to establish that I had already made the second payment on both orders. This issue remains unresolved, and I am still begging them through emails to resolve the issue! I can imagine what happens when an issue like this happens on payment day? It’s possible that there’s a lot of customers who end up incurring penalty fees unnecessarily! The Payflex principle itself is great initiative, however they need to have a good support department that will effectively tackle customer issues timeously.
Why I won’t give 5 stars
I have been using the platform for over two years, never had the urge to write a review until now, that also means the app has always been a 5 star until now.
As a software developer myself, iOS to be precise, I understand the need for continuous development and progress, but with this new update I feel we regressed here.
I cannot organize my open and closed items anymore, it all just shows on one screen which makes it hard to see how many open items I have without counting.
The purple is overwhelming, like the white and purple contrast was amazing and felt premium, this new UI is giving junior developer vibes.
The login process could also be slightly improved, I feel there are too many buttons where only one login button is needed. Maybe find a way to highlight the main action button (login) and push the secondary buttons back, maybe by changing the secondary button color or size. Yes that’s about it.
Thank you for adding the feature to pay existing installments from wallet, I struggled to understand why that wasn’t even a consideration but I’m glad the feature is here.
