Malfunctioning

Good day

I have been using this app for a year or two but the only problem I have with it if one changes phones they lose all their information, there’s no recovery option. And recently I had to delete because after adding contacts the phone froze and closes when you try to open it.

Disappearing photos

I’ve been using the app for 3 or more years and has always been fantastic but to my surprise a few days ago all my pictures just disappeared but the videos are still. I can’t even recover the pictures.

Please advise on how to retrieve them because it is really frustrating
