Mixed feelings Great review when it works. But bad when it fails.

I’ve had great experiences with the app. Like using it and it’s definitely improving all the time. I like seeing selections available.

The problem is when the store we are ordering from, is out of stock if something, the app doesn’t show it. That’s what you need to improve.

Store says they have nowhere to log it on the system to show on app. That’s a problem!
We have now had multiple occasions where something is out of stock. Different stuff in different days. The store does phone us and offer a substitution but that’s not ideal. We can also cancel order but that’s even worse.
I’d much rather know up front what’s available to make an informed choice.
Please improve the app in this regard. Please!!!

We are repeat customers and love the app in other regards.

Payment approved but order not confirmed

Very disappointed. After placing an order and confirming payment through my banking app I was taken back to the payment page. Assuming that all was in order I waited for about 20 mins, but after still not receiving any confirmation or correspondence I tried calling the store to see if they had received it, but couldn’t reach them. Tried the online chat support function on the app and told no-one is available. Kept trying the store and eventually came right to be told that no order was received.

Update
Further to writing my review above, I was contacted in this regard. I must say I’m even more disappointed that all anyone seemed to care about was establishing whether I had been charged for my order that never went through, which I never said I had been. Appears everyone is fine with orders failing on the app and people sitting around not sure if they’ve gone through only to have to eventually call around to confirm.

Not really impressed.

The app is a bit clunky but I could live with that. The main issue is the ordering process as well as the app support. I tried to place and order, had to add my card which I did, it then redirected me to the 3D secure site to verify the payment and I even approved it via my banking app. The payment then just vanished and the app showed I still needed to pay. I didn’t see the pmt on my account so I tried to pay again and it simply failed. Tried contacting support and they asked if I had contacted the store to ask them??? Made sure the pmt was still not there and deleted my profile. Called the store and placed an order that way, quick and easy over the phone. Might try the app one day again but right now it’s not worth the effort.
