Very very satisfied with the service. Advisors are always friendly and willing to help. They’re honest and know so much without even giving them information. Whatever they’ve said has come to pass. Support still has not resolved my issue
I bought tokens and chose a reading but when I tried to log in to get my reading I was given a new user number not my original user number(support should provide an email address so that I can email them).
I have since deleted the other account because the app is utterly useless and their support team? Even worse. They won’t respond to this review with an email address for us to reach them but they will say that message us on the app, 3 working days blah blah. What a waste of time and energy.
