Preferental provides Property Owners with a real-time property inspections app that allows them to conduct an inspection with their Renter from anywhere in the world.
Our property inspections app protects both Owners and Renters against future disputes, damages or evictions. Inspections is the only way you can prove if anything was broken, is broken, or have been broken during the lease period.
All inspections get audit logged and saved for future reference.
