Your Prime South Africa app, gives you easy access to our services, emergency assist, online claims registration, policy documents downloads, uploading car photos and the flexibility to upgrade your benefits. The Prime South Africa app enables you to manage your profile linked to your policy.

We have made downloading your policy documents easier and more accessible on your phone. We have also included quick emergency buttons to make calls to our 24hr Emergency center when you in an accident and need help. We have also added a loading screen before opening the app.
