Withdrawals
Currently experience a withdrawal issue.
First I wasn’t able to receive a PIN code for withdrawal. That was rectified 4 hours later.
Once I was able to receive the pincode the next issue propped up. Would you believe it it says the withdraws code is invalid. Requested code again, same issue.
On the bright side deposits were seamless.
Awaiting resolution, will update.
Rick in support has been good. However, let’s see if this gets resolved timeously.
