Description
Qapter Connect, previously known as AudaWatch, is a web-based repair monitoring tool that connects repairers with their customers and other third parties.
Repairers take photos and update the status of a repair process informing in real-time of the progress through the app.
Efficiency is improved throughout the repair process, keeping the customer notified and improving customer service levels.
What’s New
Version 2019.10.00
In this new version of the app you can find the following new functionalities:
- We have improved the performance of the app. Take 10, 20 or 30 images of your vehicle at a time and upload them to the repair order in a faster time.
- We have solved the problem with the dark mode and made visible all texts that appear in light grey.
- Reduce time when displaying the loader after selecting images from the gallery.
- Re-introduced the cancel button after scanning a QR Code.

Account Deletion
Someone used my email address to create an account - there’s no way to delete the account. Not even to change the password…
Connect to server
I have downloaded the app and it’s telling me to connect to server, I don’t even no what they mean by connecting to server. I couldn’t log in. This app is not user friendly.
