We had great service from Rentoza I ordered a phone, fridge and washing machine as well as a PS4 we had no issues with delivery
Okay but you will have issues
Okay long story short does Rentoza work? Yes it does? Are the steps explained? Yes I’m a way.
The issue comes with the after service and constant issues. I once ordered a washing machine that took almost 2 months to get to me and the excuse was they were out of stock when nothing like that was listed on the website. Had issues with delivery and had to get managers on both Rentoza and the delivery side involved.
Payment issues are also annoying….they make you choose a debit date but that is ignored and instead debit in the date you paid the first installment…..EVEN THOUGH ON THEIR FAQ IT SAYS TOU HAVE 10 days to change, I have done so and got proof through chat that this is done but still today they try debit for my phone. System is abysmal and you don’t have a direct line only a someone dead live chat/email chat. Honestly wouldn’t recommend till they sort out these issues
