Extremely Disappointed
I have decided to test ur system and ordered 2 items. Of which I received the blouse but the pants have never arrived. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I truly think I should post my experience on social media. It has been more they 3 months.

90 Orders
I have placed 90 orders with Rosegal, when I read the reviews of customers who have ordered and haven’t received their orders or who are unhappy, I don’t understand why, I have basically received all my items on all my orders. Nothing ever gets lost. Unlike other companies, that after they take your payment, they refund you because they are out of stock, Rosegal never do that! It is very seldom that you don't get every item on your order. You know exactly what the stock levels are and availability of items. I get my courier orders within two weeks of ordering, the postal orders takes longer, but I do receive them at the end. I am a 110% happy and satisfied Rosegal customer. Thank you Rosegal! Not Reliable
I have after more than 4 months still not received my parcel and they do not give answers or give a solution to the problem. They cant tell me where my parcel is!
