Ratings and Reviews
Password management is terrible
Passwords are impossible to set up. They force a maximum length of 12 in some cases, and disallow things like spaces. When setting up a management password with “Ruijie1#” (because nothing else was working), it kept complaining that my password needed to be at least 8 characters or more and contain a capital letter, number and special character, which it clearly does. It’s like they’re stuck in the 90s: long passwords matter for security; making them non-human readable but short makes them hard for humans to use, but easy for computers to crack. This does not give me confidence in the security of this product.
